The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting ... except the toilets!! The previous owners had to retrofit the house with new water saving toilets, by law. I think it's funny that the toilets were the only thing clean in the entire house. It also saved us a few bucks so we were happy about the whole deal even though we have to take them out and put them back in (see where they sit in the garage with the cabinets in a post below.)
The bathrooms are being completely gutted!! But we don't have to completely reframe them, thankfully. We're also replacing the windows in both bathrooms. John is going to be doing the tile work on the floors, shower, and tub ... his first time!! Should be interesting, to say the least =)
There is a guest bath with a shower off of the living room and a master bath in what will be Lake's bedroom. We're giving her that room because we don't want her sleeping in the room with the outside door. Both baths are small, but we'll make them cute. I'll post later with details about design ideas.
And sorry about the lopsided picture. I'm too tired to change it ...
