Before I get too deep in remodel pictures I thought I would catch up on some family pictures (mostly Lake =) Of course I had to begin with some pics of Lake helping us decide on flooring material (no easy task!!) She has become a pro with a tape measure (she's pretty good at dancing on a small little piece of floor too.) And she's totally getting the house lingo down. It's starting to make me wonder how this entire affair is going to affect her personality over the long run. It all started when I would take her house hunting with me. I would hear this little voice from the back seat say, "Oh, I like that house!" Then, she became obsessed with nails and demanded that I remove pictures around the house to see them. And she has experienced Home Depot far more than any child should at this age (She's a fan of the orange buckets, and she even found the new Mickey Mouse line of paint!! I decided there's a Mickey Mouse conspiracy going on. He's EVERYWHERE!!) Last but not least, I think she's convinced that we are now going to be living in a large tent for the rest of our lives. Wouldn't that be fun!! (Pesticide free, of course =)
I'm happy we get to experience all of this with her. It makes it that much more special ...
