Okay, here are some before pictures. It's dark and dirty so you really have to think "potential, potential, potential." (Or go to the next post if you don't have the energy to think potential. I've illustrated it for you =)
The living/dining room is one big room with the front door in the center, Lake's room is to the left of the fireplace, the kitchen is off the dining area, and a hall is opposite of the front door that leads to the guest bath and the patio room (aka Bonnie and John's room.) And there are lots of windows, thankfully =)
Even some paint and continuous hardwood floors throughout the house will make a HUGE difference. I can't wait!!
