Lake turned 3 on the 3rd ... her golden birthday!! We had lots of fun through the week. A special celebration with her good buddy, Sienna, who turned two a week before Lake's b-day. A little party with some of John's close friends who are like family. And a long birthday weekend of fun filled activities thanks to the Labor Day celebrations including a parade, music and dancing, a trolley ride, art in the park, animal balloons, a visit with Elephant Seals, and hiking in Big Sur. I didn't have my camera through most of it but I was able to get a few cute pictures out of the whole shebang. (Including her first time to make cupcakes ... and yes, she is wearing a swimsuit over her clothes with some kind of funky dress shoes. What can I say ... she's three =)
