Patio Room Before and Demo

Here are pictures from before and after the demo of the patio room (aka John and Bonnie's bedroom.) This room was a late add on and is the only one without redwood framing (I think.) We thought it didn't have insulation in the walls, but it does. We do have to add insulation to the ceilings though. We have already replaced that SCARY broken slider door with a new french door, as you can see below. We're also replacing the window, retexturing and painting the walls, adding the same hardwood as the rest of the house, and finishing with trim and crown molding. Should be cute. It's a south facing room so it gets lots of warmth and light. I'm glad we chose the french doors because it will be nice to open them both on warm days to let the back garden come in =)
